An Office 365 Personal subscription allows you install Office 365 on one PC or Mac, whereas an Office 365 Home subscription can be used to install Office on up to 5 PCs or Macs.
If you have been using Office 365 on one of your PCs but now want to move the Office 365 to another PC, you will have to transfer your Office 365 license to another PC.
In order to transfer your Office 365 license to another PC, you need to first deactivate Office 365 installation on your current PC and then download, install and activate Office 365 on the new PC where you would like to use your Office 365.

Transfer Office 365 to another Windows PC or computer

In this guide, we will see how to legally move your Office 365 subscription from one PC to another PC.
Step 1: On your new PC where you want to transfer Office 365 license to, open the official Office page, sign-in to your account using the email address which you used while buying your Office 365 subscription.

Step 2: At the home page, click on your account user picture located at the top-right and then click My account. Gears of war 2 download.
Step 3: Under Install section, click the Install button.
Step 4: Under Install information section, you can see all your PCs and other devices where Office 365 is currently installed and activated. To deactivate Office 365 on one of your PCs, click the Deactivateinstall link next to your PC’s name.
Step 5: Click Deactivate button when you see the following confirmation dialog to deactivate Office 365 on your current PC. You may now uninstall Office 365 from your current PC.

Step 6: Now, click the Install button located on the same page to download Office 365 setup. Once downloaded, run the setup file to begin downloading files required for installation. Step 7: Finally, once Office 365 is installed, launch Word or any other Office application. When you’re asked to enter your email address to activate your copy of Office 365, enter the email address which you used to buy Office 365 subscription. That’s it!

This option lets the user automatically import a .pst file using the Import/Export option. In most cases this will speed the process up and make it a bit easier for the user.
- Open Outlook 2013/2016.
- Disconnect all PSTs to be imported from the Outlook client (e.g., right-click on your .pst in your folder list and choose Close “.pst”
- Exit Outlook and then relaunch the Outlook client to assure the PSTs are free from any connections from the client.
- Create a destination folder in your Office 365 mailbox that correspond to each PST to be imported.
- Select by clicking on the the destination folder you wish to import the .pst file into. (NOTE: this is the folder the mail will be imported into).
- Choose File | Open & Export.
- Choose Import/Export.
- Select “Import from another program or file” and click Next.
- Select “Outlook Data File (.pst)” and click Next.
- Browse to your .pst file, select it, and click Open.
- Choose whether you want to allow, replace, or not allow duplicate items. Then click Next.
- If you want to import the entire .pst file, select the main folder containing all subfolders. Then select the checkbox labeled “Include subfolders”
OR - You can Expand the Outlook Data File until you see a specific folder with the emails you want to import, Select that folder. Then select the checkbox labeled “Include subfolders”
- Finally, select the option labeled “Import items into the current folder” and click Finish.
- The emails and folders will appear in your currently selected folder. If you need to make any final adjustments, simply drag and drop the emails and folders to the correct location.
This option lets the user manually open an Outlook Data File (.pst) and choose which folders to import. This can be a better option when the user wants to import only specific folders and subfolders within the .pst file.
- If your .pst is not already opened in Outlook 2013/2016, choose File | Open & Export
- Choose Open Outlook Data File
- Find your .pst file (either C: or H: drive), select it and click Open.
- In your Office 365 folder list, right click on your email address (or account name) and choose New Folder
- Name the folder (e.g., pst folder contents)
- Next, in the folder list, locate your .pst file and click the arrow to expand the list of folders.
- Select a folder and drag it to the new folder you just created under your Office 365 mailbox.
- Repeat for each folder you need to move.
- When finished, right click on the .pst folder and choose Close 'foldername'
